In the new Can Mates development in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Calle Vallseca, which runs parallel to the railway tracks, reaches a point where it simply ends, leaving only waste ground and no lighting at all. The area is getting busier as new residents move in day by day, but the street stays the same: a dead end.
