A dead-end street in a housing estate whose name I don't even know, ending in a sort of small roundabout. Since it doesn't lead anywhere, it's unlikely anyone will come and spoil your fun. As if that weren't enough, there are hardly any streetlights, so the lack of light will be your final ally.
