1. Website owner

In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of olvidalacama.com:

2. What Olvidalacama is

Olvidalacama is a community where adults share and comment on places related to sexuality: make-out spots, cruising areas, saunas, clubs, sex shops and pharmacies, among others. Members can also publish stories and rate other members' content. Browsing the site is free and does not require registration; to publish or take part you need to create an account, whose use is governed by the terms of use.

3. Over-18s only

Olvidalacama deals with adult topics and is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By accessing it you declare that you are of that age. If you are under 18, please leave the site. The site does not show sexually explicit images, but we recommend that parents and guardians use parental control tools on minors' devices.

4. Nature of the information

The information about places comes from community members and from public sources such as OpenStreetMap (see the credits). It is provided for information purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date: a place may have closed, changed its use, be on private property or be subject to local rules. We do not guarantee the existence, accessibility or safety of any place.

Olvidalacama does not promote or encourage any unlawful conduct. Everyone is responsible for complying with the law in force, local by-laws, private property and the rights of others in the places they visit. Please bear in mind that having sex in public places may be penalised under local by-laws, and that engaging in sexual exhibitionism in front of minors or of persons with disabilities in need of special protection is a criminal offence.

5. Liability

As a provider of a data hosting service, and in accordance with Article 16 of the LSSI-CE and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, the owner is not liable for the content published by members as long as it has no actual knowledge that the content is unlawful. Once it has such knowledge, it will act diligently to remove it or disable access to it. If you come across content that is unlawful or infringes your rights, you can report it as explained in the terms of use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any damage arising from:

  • the use anyone makes of the information published, or anything that happens in the places they visit;
  • the site being unavailable or interrupted, or errors in how it works, although it strives to prevent them;
  • viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties despite the security measures in place;
  • the content and services of third-party websites linked from Olvidalacama.

6. Links to other sites

Links to third-party sites are provided for reference only. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, and a link does not imply any relationship with them or endorsement of what they publish.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The Olvidalacama name and brand, the site's design, its code, the texts written by the team and the database of places, in its selection and arrangement, belong to the owner or are used under licence. The content published by members belongs to its authors, who grant the licence described in the terms of use. Third-party data is used in accordance with its licences, which are listed in the credits.

You are free to link to any page on Olvidalacama. Reproducing, distributing or transforming its content for commercial purposes, or systematically or massively extracting the database (for example, with automated download tools), is not permitted without the owner's written authorisation.

8. Data protection and cookies

How we process your personal data is explained in the privacy policy. Olvidalacama only uses technical cookies, which are described in the cookie policy.

9. Changes

The owner may change this legal notice, as well as the site's content, presentation and configuration, at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date of last update.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. If you are acting as a consumer, you may bring your claim before the courts of your place of residence.
